We are a New York, Jewish-deli inspired restaurant, as well as a super-premium catering company - Plosky's Delicatessen and Field2Fork Kitchen, respectively. The deli serves bagels from New York with all the fixings, great classic hot sandwiches like a Reuben with homemade sauerkraut and pastrami on rye, assorted cold sandwiches like our Italian, and espresso drinks and drip coffee. We have a full liquor license and offer beer and wine in cans, as well as from our tap. We share a well-appointed lounge with Kula Yoga - a great place to work with coffee and a bagel.
We also operate a catering company, Field2Fork, founded by Mark Hardin, and specializing in premium large events. We can accommodate virtually any request, from smoking whole pigs to porchetta on the rotisserie to clambakes and shucked oysters. We have a particular focus on using the absolute finest local ingredients and supporting our farmers and ranchers as best we can. We typically take on 20 or so substantial events throughout the summer and fall season, including art openings, major fundraisers, weddings, and corporate events.
