Colorado Creative Corridor

About the Colorado Creative Corridor

The Colorado Creative Corridor offers travelers a new creative lens to explore rural Colorado. We invite travelers to explore the five rural destinations as part of a unique itinerary highlighting arts and cultural experiences. The Colorado Creative Corridor is a 331-mile trail that links the mountain towns of Carbondale, Crested Butte, Paonia, Ridgway, and Salida. These five towns offer a collective experience of unique event programming and activities alongside mountain-town eclecticism, majestic vistas and outdoor recreation and authentic Colorado mountain culture.

A Look Into Carbondale’s Creative District

We may be a small mountain town, but we are bursting at the seams with creative talent and energy. Just take a walk down Main Street and you will see artists, makers, culinary visionaries, and more, who work together to create community in this funky little town called Carbondale. As you join us at this stop along your Creative Corridor tour, we encourage you to remember our Responsible Tourism guidelines and to respect our beautiful home.

Take it all in.
