Aspen Skiing Company’s Chamber Pass Program is a benefit exclusive to Roaring Fork Valley (RFV) businesses and their employees who live and work in the RFV as their primary residence and work location (min 20 hrs/week) during winter season. Businesses must meet all Aspen Skiing Company qualifications (below) and be verified as a Carbondale Chamber member in good standing to be eligible for pass purchase.
Business Qualifications:
Must be located and operate primarily in the RFV.
Must be a current member of the Chamber of Commerce in the community in which the business is operating.
Must have a business address within the Roaring Fork River Drainage area situated in Eagle, Pitkin, Garfield or Gunnison Counties, or within the Colorado River Drainage area from and including the unincorporated No Name area to and including Rifle, and including the towns of Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, El Jebel, Glenwood Springs, Marble, Meredith, New Castle, No Name, Parachute, Redstone, Rifle, Silt, Snowmass, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek.
Owner, Manager, and Employee Qualifications:
Owners, managers, and employees must live and work in the RFV as their primary residence and work location during winter season to be eligible.
Non-working and/or non-local owners, family members, friends, contract laborers and consultants are NOT eligible (no exceptions). Non-local physical or mailing addresses will flag your business as NOT eligible.
Must be able to show proof of work in the RFV are for a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week during the winter season.
Real estate agents and brokers living full time in the RFV who are affiliated with a registered brokerage firm located in the RFV are eligible.
Spouse Qualifications:
Only spouses of eligible owners, managers and employees living in the RFV as their primary residence qualify.
The owner, manager and employee must meet the qualifications above for the spouse to qualify.
To verify eligibility, spouses must be able to provide one of the following legal documents: Marriage Certificate, Common Law Affidavit or Civil Union Certificate.
It is the business’ responsibility to confirm compliance with ASC terms for each Chamber Pass that is ordered by the business. Please share the above qualifications with fellow owners, managers and employees before ordering passes.
2. Member Verification
Business must be verified as a Carbondale Chamber member in good standing (no outstanding invoices through October, per ASC) to be eligible for ski pass discounts. To participate in the Chamber Pass Program and start the order process, one (1) representative per business (OWNER OR MANAGER ONLY) must submit a Carbondale Chamber member verification form HERE (do not submit multiple times!).

Email invoices: open email, scroll down until you see click “View/Pay Online” link (fastest option).
Member center: login here, look for account balance and click “Pay.”

3. Initiate Pass Purchase via ASC’s online bStore
Once the Chamber has verified your business, an autogenerated email (from ASC) containing the business bStore login and password will be sent to the business email provided on the Chamber verification form. The business then initiates a purchase, and once complete, you will receive a sales order confirmation. ASC sales team will follow up to collect payment, and finally email the business’ voucher ID numbers to distribute to qualifying members of their staff.

Upon request, the Chambers will provide the member business with a “certificate” consisting of a letter verifying membership in good standing, to be taken in person to the Sunlight Ski and Bike shop for purchase.
If a business would like to purchase a product for their employee(s), they must do so in person with the employee present. Of course a business may reimburse any employees for their purchase without notifying Sunlight.
Join us for CCC’s third annual Pottery Throwdown Relay on Saturday at 6pm under the judging tent. Eight teams of four will compete in pottery challenges, two at a time, for the fastest overall time.
This year’s challenges include the return of Anything but Hands Throwing and Extrudy-Duty, along with two new challenges – Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Pinch Pot and The Ghost Runner.
