Red Hill

Red Hill Special Recreation Management Area is a moderately challenging hiking and Mountain Biking trail system in Carbondale, Colorado and spans between 2 to 12 miles round trip, depending on your route. It offers a stunning view of Mt. Sopris and the town of Carbondale from the top of Mushroom Rock. This single-track trail is not just for seasoned hikers and mountain bikers but also for people of all ages interested in getting a workout without having to go far from the heart of Carbondale. The north side of Redhill has horse access through the Sutey Ranch Entrance. Details for horseback riding can be found on the Roaring Fork Horse Council Website
