Several diverse organizations are dedicated to the inspiration and promotion of the arts. Our love of melody has spawned season after season of musical performances in venues from the parks to the pubs. Perhaps one of the most notable is the Annual Carbondale Mountain Fair, which offers three days of music, arts, and crafts.

Carbondale is home to upward of 200 creative organizations, businesses, artists and artisans. Authenticity, heritage, creativity and collaboration dominate the Carbondale Creative District vision. Carbondale is considered as a place that fosters creativity, collaboration and artistic exploration. In addition to its plethora of creative organizations, artists and artisans, Carbondale boasts many annual arts and cultural events.
