2. Wait to receive ski pass order form. Once the Chamber receives your information, we will verify membership, and if your organization is found to be eligible, we will submit your information to ASC and email you a link to an online ASC ski pass order form. Please be patient, as turnaround may take up to a couple days.
3. Submit order form to ASC. Carefully read and complete the ASC order form. Be prepared with the number and type of passes your organization would like to purchase (pricing and info here).
4. Pass Purchase. Once you have submitted your order form, ASC staff will contact you (the contact listed in the above verification form) to complete the payment process, at which time any ASC 2019-20 pass credit* on file can be applied, and provide the voucher numbers that will later be loaded onto an RFID Aspen card (lift ticket).
