Criteria: The spirit of the award is to recognize the business that has a history of outstanding business practices in the Carbondale community. This award is to honor its entrepreneurship, sustainability, productivity, and effort. The business must be a Chamber member in good standing and locally owned and privately held.

It’s been a pleasure to work with Scott and his staff. Much of this work is unfamiliar to us, and Scott and his staff have patiently answered our questions and explained to us what they are doing along each step of the way.
Scott and his team embody the green movement which is getting Carbondale so much recent attention.

The Carbondale Chamber of Commerce awarded its Business of the Year awards last week to J.R. Baker Architects and Sunsense, Inc. The awards recognize businesses that have a history of outstanding business practices in Carbondale.
