Tourism Ambassador Program

The purpose of the Tourism Ambassador Program is to educate every Colorado citizen about the importance of tourism and the benefits conveyed by a strong tourism industry, including the economic impact on state and local tax revenue and jobs.

Our goal is to generate as much support for tourism as possible. We absolutely need the assistance of every member of the industry to help generate the momentum and buzz in the community to build a strong foundation for this grassroots movement. As integral members of your local community, you can provide the link that helps ensure support for tourism promotion and sustainable funding for years to come.

We know your days are filled with responsibilties, so we're going to make this as quick a possible. Tourism Ambassadors are asked to select 3 or 4 ways in which you personally can make the biggest impact. Consider the following:

·    Recruit 10 or more Ambassadors (this includes everyone). Colleagues, friends,
and family are all welcome. We need to reach beyond the tourism industry and
recruit anyone who cares about the economic health of our state.

·    Localize and publish a newsletter article drafted by the CTO. Click here to view.
