True Nature also offers their signature range of high frequency foods with salads, snacks, and juices all designed to offer high prana (energy.) True Nature is a real destination for relaxation, quiet time, and well-being. Don’t miss: the reflexology path in the true nature gardens. The tea ceremony, yoga class with Deva Shantay and the snacks.

Other options for drop-in classes include Kula on Main, a vinyasa-focused studio with practice designed for athletes, skiers, hikers, and bikers.

The Launchpad is a community ‘Space for the Arts’ and a partnership between Dance Initiative and the Carbondale Arts. Dance Initiative recognized a growing need for affordable and accessible space for movement-based artists and musicians to teach, create and rehearse. Carbondale Arts recognized the need to create increased economy and visibility for local artists by bringing its R2 Gallery back to Carbondale’s Main Street corridor, and to house Creative District operations in a central location. In the spirit of inclusivity and with a realistic goal of providing a more robust arts experience for creatives of all disciplines, Carbondale Arts & Dance Initiative joined forces to bring you The Launchpad.

Carbondale seems to play host to many other fitness studios including crossfit, krav maga and martial arts, plus ballet and dance, all complementing the many local’s passion for being fit and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle.
